Enquiry form: full name, work email, company, role, phone, focus area, and any information you volunteer in the message field.
Newsletter: email address.

No payment data is collected through this website.

Why we process it and the lawful basis

Enquiry data is processed to review your enquiry, respond, and take steps toward a potential engagement at your request.
Newsletter emails are processed on the basis of consent given at signup, withdrawable at any time via the unsubscribe link included in every email.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data: retained for the duration of the conversation and up to 24 months after last contact, then deleted.
Newsletter data: retained until you unsubscribe.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers we use to operate this website and our email (hosting, form delivery, and email delivery), who act under our instruction.
